2. What data do we process?

a) Invite application form: name (optional), email, affected persona, short text reason, source.

b) Account and login: username, email, login data, local account metadata.

c) Google sign-in: profile data received from Google OAuth (for account creation/login in the system).

d) Timetable editor and app data: schedule names, tasks, timing settings, user preferences, watch-related state data, runlog/snapshot/delivery data.

e) Technical data: session data, security logs, abuse prevention data.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

• Service delivery, account management, login and app functions: legitimate interest / service operation.
• Handling invite applications and contact: consent (checkbox) and pre-contractual steps.
• Security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting: legitimate interest.

4. Retention periods

• Invite application: 30 days.
• Account-linked app data (timetable, task, delivery, snapshot, runlog, preferences): until account deletion by the user.
• In case of account deletion: account-linked data is deleted.

• Google (OAuth identity and email infrastructure).
• Hosting provider: ovh.us / OVHcloud.
• Technical service providers required for operating the service, within legal limits.

6. Minors and parental role

Service communication and setup primarily target parents; use by minors happens under parental supervision. The parent decides what is shared and how the service is used.
